Had a good day out yesterday at The Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers convention at Novotel Hammersmith. Met up with a reportage wedding photographer Jan Nevill. There were a number of new wall products on show, some of these will be appearing on our price list soon.

Visited Ye Olde Plough House at Bulphan today in preparation for a wedding we are photographing in September. The gardens are lovely and will make a great backdrop for our photographs. Lets hope we get some good weather so that we can photograph outside.

New portrait prices

We have updated our portrait price list to include the new portrait album. We have also added a new range of traditionally framed prints. These are are pigment ink giclee prints that are framed with a simple classical mount and a black frame. They are very competitively priced and make a nice addition to our other framed prints.

Yesterday evening I was in Burnham-on-crouch photographing a production of Brigadoon by Southminster Operatic and Choral Society. Something a bit different from my normal wedding and portrait photography. This proved to be a good test for the low light capabilities of my Nikon D3s as I always shoot these shows by available light and at times there was very little.
